REGULATIONS AND RESERVATION TERMS
By credit card or transfer
For all reservations, we ask you as a guarantee for a bank card number with expiry date and the name of the card holder.
TERMS OF CANCELATION
In the event of total or partial cancellation of services or rentals at the initiative of the customer, the hotel will receive as compensation:
– Less than 30 working days before the scheduled date of the service, 50% of the total amount including tax.
– Less than 10 working days before the scheduled date of the service, 100% of the total amount including tax
– Deposits are not refunded in the event of total or partial cancellation of the number of participants.
