The Hotel de l’Arcade has 3 meeting rooms, Salon Saint-Saëns, Salon Faure and Salon Opera. They may be reserved for a full day or a half day.

Cocktails, lunches and diners may be organized at the Hotel Bedford; located 17 rue de l’Arcade, 2 minutes away walking from Hotel de l’Arcade.
The Saint-Saëns meeting room, 25m² wide, can accommodate up to 22 attendees. The Fauré meeting room can accommodate up to 16. The two rooms are adjoining and, together, can accommodate up to 38 guests.
The Opera meeting room is 45m² wide, and can accomodate up to 32 attendees. It is located in the new wing of the Hotel de l’Arcade and offers daylight a private entrance.
